WellieArt specialise in offering a superb range of unique, high quality funky rain protection products including Wellington Boots and Wet Weather gear.

Produced from natural rubber with a soft cotton lining for added comfort, these hardwearing and practical Wellington Boots make no compromise on quality and are manufactured to a very high standard. Each boot has a deep tread sole for added grip along with a steel shank inside the sole for increased durability and strength.

Unlike some cheap quality boots available on the web the pattern on our wellingtons boots will not flake, chip or fade.

When designing and manufacturing our boots we keep the customers expectations for high quality, fashionable and affordable rain boots at the top of our list. We never compromise on quality and we don't believe our customers should either.

When will my order be posted?

Dependant on the delivery method you chose, we endeavour to dispatch goods into the postal system within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of receipt of payment confirmation. Orders received after midday will be sent out next working day. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays occurring beyond our control once goods leave our warehouse.

How much is postage for UK mainland delivery?

A charge of £5.75 applies for orders of 1 pair of boots
£7.50 for 2 - 14 pairs of wellington boots
These prices are for UK mainland deliveries only using standard mail service.

Why has my order not yet arrived?

Occasionally we may run out of stock or may have encountered a problem with your order, where contact details have been provided we will endeavour to call or email customer to clarify order details. If Wet Protect Ltd does not receive a response from the customer we will issue a full refund. In the case of lost items occurring during transit, we will expect the customer to have contacted their local sorting office prior to reporting to Wet Protect Ltd the non arrival of goods.

Can I send my goods to a different address?

Provided full recipient details, including postal address is provided and the correct postage costs have been met, then we will happily meet this request.

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

All of our deliveries will require a signature. You could either choose a different delivery address or your parcel will require a collection from your local post office or courier. Goods delivered by courier will attempt 2 delivery calls, if no answer is obtained then you might incur a delivery charge

Is your site secure?

Yes. We use PAYPAL & NOCHEX as our preferred secure payment service providers. Once they process the payment they then pass us on product and delivery details. We never receive your credit card details, this information remains highly confidential.

Why do you ask for telephone numbers and e-mail details?

We might need to contact you about a delivery issue, or from time to time send you information about a new and exciting product

What do you do with the information we provide?

We are a registered member of the DATA protection scheme. Once order is processed and dispatch of goods completed, we file sensitive information in accordance with the data protection compliance. Wet Protect Ltd also complies with the Distance Selling Regulations for e-commerce selling. Details of which can be viewed at www.dti.gov.uk.

Can you help me with sizing?

Absolutely. First off please study the product information size charts provided on the site. Or you can use the contact us page and email your enquiry to us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

How do I return an item?

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately. If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost of the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund. (See our terms and conditions )
